SMALL GROUP TRAINING
Our small group training program is designed primarily for women 40+ who want to build strength, improve mobility, and support long-term health. These workouts focus on helping your body move better, feel stronger, and stay active for years to come.
Unlike high-intensity bootcamp classes, our approach focuses on movement quality, proper form, and sustainable strength training so you can train safely and confidently.
What to Expect
• 50-minute coach-led strength sessions
• Full-body strength training to build muscle and support hormone health
• Mobility work to improve movement and reduce stiffness
• Coaching on proper form and technique
• A supportive small group environment
• Workouts designed to help you move better both in and out of the gym
